About me

I’m the founder of Strong Process Education, which develops nutrition, physical activity and behavior change courses for health coaches, fitness professionals, and wellness enthusiasts. I’m also the director of scientific research at Restore Hyper Wellness. I hold a faculty appointment at Stanford University and serve as a Research Associate at the Institute of Lifestyle Medicine at Harvard Medical School and the Nutrition & Health Innovation Research Institute at Edith Cowan University.

I received my PhD from Tufts University and completed my postdoctoral training at Harvard Medical School, where I launched a career investigating the interconnectedness of nutrition, exercise performance, and healthy aging.
